FundStreamSolutions SMS Alerts

2. Program Description

By opting in to the FundStreamSolutions SMS Alerts program, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages from FundStreamSolutions LLC at the mobile phone number you provided. Our SMS program includes two separate message categories, each requiring independent consent:

a) Service Communications (Transactional)

These messages include important information about your account, services, or transactions:

  • Account and service status updates
  • Credit repair progress notifications
  • Loan application status updates
  • Final expense policy information and reminders
  • Tax relief case updates and IRS correspondence alerts
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations

b) Marketing Communications

These messages include promotions, special offers, financial tips, and other marketing materials. Marketing SMS opt-in is entirely separate from Service Communications and has its own consent checkbox on our website.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and communication preferences. Typically, you can expect to receive 1–6 messages per month. During active service periods (e.g., credit dispute cycles, tax negotiations), frequency may increase temporarily.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from FundStreamSolutions. You may choose not to opt in to SMS communications and still receive all of our services through email, phone, or mail.

Our opt-in process uses separate, independent checkboxes for:

  • Service/transactional SMS messages
  • Marketing SMS messages

Each checkbox is unchecked by default and must be voluntarily selected by you. SMS consent is independent of email consent. After selecting one or both SMS categories, you must also read and acknowledge our SMS Program Terms & Disclosure in a separate acknowledgment step before consent is recorded.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from FundStreamSolutions for the categories you selected.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:

  • STOP
  • CANCEL
  • UNSUBSCRIBE
  • END
  • QUIT

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further SMS messages from this program unless you re-opt in.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your text messaging plan and any charges that may apply.

Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability.

9. Supported Carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported, including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Virgin Mobile, Google Fi, Mint Mobile, and other MVNO carriers. Carrier support is subject to change.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not share or sell your mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
